A one-owner bugeye with 160k miles and a folder of service records. The goal was never big power — it was making a 20-year-old WRX drive like it left the showroom, then adding the classic Stage 2 recipe.
Every wear item got touched: timing belt and water pump, valve cover gaskets, all four axles, every suspension bushing, and a clutch. Then a catted downpipe and a conservative protune on the stock TD04.
Done and driven daily. The timing belt and clutch jobs from this car are documented step-by-step in the DIY Tech section, and the takeoff parts are listed in the Parts bin.
